The first releases were almost all in the late morning or afternoon, so I shot again with very short exposure times. The pictures came out well, and I was living quietly in my blissful ignorance. However, after 4 months from the date of purchase, on a trip I had a problem. They were more or less the 8 o’clock, I was in Krakow and the sun was going on. Turning next to the river, I saw a metal statue of a beautiful dragon spitting fire! I tried using the flash, but frankly the photo was cold and ugly. I gave up and put the car in automatic mode without flash. The machine is smarter than me, he decided that the best way was to increase the exposure time but, of course, my hands are not those of a surgeon and the pictures were moved. I decided to go over the next few days with more light to try again. I went back to try other settings with short exposure times and, indeed, you could see the dragon and the photo I liked.

In the picture the day, fire is almost imperceptible and mingled with the sky or the trees behind. How can you solve it ? The solution is simple : take the photo in the evening with an exposure time long enough to let in enough light and, not to be a blurred picture, put the camera on a tripod. Learning the hard ways will automatically make you to discover that the tripod is very useful in many situations, to take special photos and to be able to achieve motion effects while the rest of the photo is still and motionless.
